DEWDNEY CREEK - 6.0 MW

Dewdney Creek captures a drainage area of approximately 65 square kilometres.  The project design flow of 3.6 cumecs would produce approximately 28,000 MWh of green energy per annum.  The project consists of an intake at 610m which feeds a 6,100m penstock, with 250m of head delivering enough water pressure to drive a 6.0 MW plant capacity.

The project would interconnect to the BC hydro 25kV feeder running along the Coquihalla highway just 200m from the powerhouse.
