ROR Investor Relations Consulting Firm

Vancouver, BC (July 3, 2008) – Run of River Power Inc. (“Run of River”) (TSX-V: ROR) announced today that it has engaged Barnes McInerney Inc. (BMI) of Toronto to provide strategic investor relations consulting services. BMI offers a fully integrated suite of products, focusing on strategic investor relations, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, roadshow marketing, corporate communications and new media solutions.

“Run of River is an emerging independent renewable power provider whose commitment to green power development has them at the forefront of this rapidly growing sector,” said Ken Barnes, Managing Partner, BMI. “Their Brandywine Creek hydro project near Whistler B.C. is generating power and revenue and in addition to other hydro projects in development, they have strong biomass prospects. Barnes McInerney was engaged by Run of River on July 1, 2008. The Company will pay BMI a monthly fee of $10,000 for professional services for a period of 12 months. Neither BMI, nor any of its employees holds an interest, directly or indirectly, in Run of River, nor any right or intent to acquire such an interest. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
