G. Scott Paterson is Chairman of JumpTV Inc..(TSX:JTV).  JumpTV streams over 10,000 live sporting events and 200 ethnic television channels over the Internet.

From April 1995 until December 2001, Mr. Paterson led Yorkton Securities into becoming Canada’s leading technology investment bank, raising over $13 billion as lead and/or co-managing underwriter for Canadian technology, biotechnology, film and entertainment companies.

Mr. Paterson is currently a Director of Pioneering Technology Inc., Run of River Power Inc., Automated Benefits Corp., as well as a Director and the Chairman of Lions Gate’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Paterson has served the Canadian investment industry as Chairman of the Canadian Venture Exchange, Vice Chairman of the TSX Group and Director of each of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada, the Canadian Investor Protection Fund and the Canadian Securities Institute.

Mr. Paterson serves the community as a member of the Board of Governors of Ridley College and as the Chairman of the Merry Go Round Children's Foundation.
